Cool N2 is a dessert chain from Taiwan that has recently opened a location in Markham. Many of their frozen treats are made using liquid nitrogen, which they will pour over the top when serving. It is super neat to watch and makes for great photos!

This was my second visit to Cool N2. My first time around, I enjoyed their Oreo Nitrogen Ice Cream. The ice cream was creamy and smooth, and came topped with an Oreo and two marshmallows. The portion was deceptively large. Max and I struggled to finish even though we were splitting

Round two I went with the Mango Popice. I am very happy someone recommended this option to me as it would not be something I would usually choose, and it was amazing! It came in a cup and included milk pudding, ice cream balls and fresh mango. The combination of the three worked incredibly well together. Once again, we had a hard time finishing the portion served.

If you are looking for a unique dessert place to try just north of the city, definitely think about going to Cool N2!
