This cozy coffee shop in East York has a light up sign on the wall that reads "GRAZE", and grass decor in the tables complimenting the theme. Goat Coffee Co. is named after the legend that goats discovered coffee. Their menu has the usual coffee options, as well as breakfast sandwiches, all available to eat-in or take-out.

The "Ooh La La" sandwich was what I was here to try today. Using french toast as the bread, the center of this sandwich includes bacon, eggs and havarti. Pour some maple syrup on top to bring it all together. I was surprised by how filling it was. I came to Goat Coffee Co. on an empty stomach and was unsure if a sandwich would be enough to curb my hunger. There really is a lot packed into this thing!

The french toast really made this sandwich standout. Before I tried it I was questioning if this combination would even work, but everything came together nicely.

I am not sure I would make a special trip to eat here again, but it is a nice place to grab and coffee and food if you are in the neighbourhood.
