WOODY'S BURGERS

Next week Max and I plan to take only our bikes, ourselves and only a few items and make our way to Montreal. A kind of last minute decision to go on an adventure that will definately be challenging. The ride is 600km in total and we plan to split it up over five days, the distance we cover each day varies from 85km to 155km. We figured a tune-up would be wise before our journey and so we rode over to our bike shop.
While our bikes were getting some TLC, we headed over to Woody's Burgers. We have eaten at this west end burger bar once before, as it is down the road from our bike shop. The burgers are all cooked fresh to order and you can really taste the quality of the meat.
Your order is taken at the counter and then are given a buzzer to let you know when it is ready. They have several topping options or you can customize your own. Their California burger really stuck out to me. This beef burger came topped with salsa, lettuce, fried onions, guacamole and pesto mayo. I am not sure what defines a "California Burger", but I am definately a fan!
Fries are not included with the purchase of a burger, but the portions are generous enough to split. Both times we have eaten at Woody's we have opted for sweet potato fries and I would recommend you do the same!
The burgers at Woody's are up there with the best I have had, in the city and elsewhere. The restaurant is very relaxed and suitable for anyone (families, couples, etc.). If you are in Toronto's west end and craving a burger, this is the place to go for sure.
