Is there a better time for ice cream than a Friday night? After work, Max and I biked to the Danforth to try out La Diperie. La Diperie is new to Toronto this summer, with other locations in Montreal and Coaticook. They boast that they have over 20 flavours to dip your ice cream in!

We got there and looked at the huge menu on the wall. I had three choices to make: size, dip flavour, toppings flavour. I tried to branch out from my usually, resisting getting oreo dip and oreo toppings. I finalized my decision on raspberry cheesecake dip and gram cracker topping and Max went with caramel dip and oreo topping.

I was a bit disappointed that my cone did not turn out as nice as Max's (does that make me petty?) but as soon as I bite in, all that was forgotten. I think I may have found my favourite ice cream place of them summer. I do not know how else to describe it except for SO GOOD. This beats anything else I have had in 2016 (and there has been some tough competition).

Thankfully, there was no line when we went which is always a plus! There are so many flavours and combinations to try, I would have to go back 100 times before I get tired of it. I cannot recommend La Diperie enough!
