Breakfast is hands down my favourite meal of the day. If someone told me I could only eat eggs for the rest of my life, I would totally be ok with it. When I came across "Toronto's First Breakfast Food Truck", I was ecstatic. The Egg Man features menu items such as "The Egg Man-Wich" and "Breakfast Poutine".

Toronto Food Trucks is a great site (and app) to find out where trucks will be on any given day, and this is what I used today to find my way to breakfast. The Egg Man food truck is only out in the morning, and not every day of the week so you need to plan ahead.

Breakfast Poutine here we come! So what exactly is a breakfast poutine you ask? Bacon, sausage and peameal mixed with a five cheese blend, tatertots, and "suffocated" (this is how they describe it on their website) with hollandaise sauce. Holy carb overload.

All and all, breakfast poutine was every bit as delicious as I expected. This is definitely a dish I would recommend sharing with a friend as it was a generous portion packed with so many ingredients. I was completely stuffed by the end which lead to a slow ride home, but I have no regrets!
